RUNARAKKEŞFET DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
This distance sales contract is between kosarakkesfet.com and the person / participant who has / will be registered in the system. When registering to the system, the user declares that he / she has read and understood the entire contract and accepts the contract
- Rights and Responsibilities
Koşarak Keşfet may partially or completely cancel the user's membership if deemed necessary. In case of cancellation, it is obliged to notify the user of the reason.
Koşarak Keşfet may partially stop or cancel the services of the site if deemed necessary. In case of partial suspension or cancellation of services, care is taken to ensure that the user is not a victim and is obliged to inform the user if there is a situation where the user may be a victim.
Koşarak Keşfet may make updates to its systems if deemed necessary. The user is deemed to have accepted as a member that he / she will act in accordance with these updates.
Koşarak Keşfet does not sell any product or service on its behalf. The products and services sold are sold by the organisers. For this reason, the organiser is the only responsible for any problems that may arise after the sale of products or services, and Koşarak Keşfet will not be held responsible in any way.
Koşarak Keşfet may make changes in the content of this contract if it deems necessary or due to legal obligations. These changes will be notified to users via e-mail, mobile application notification or when logging in to the website. If the user does not accept the new changes to be made, he/she may terminate his/her membership.
Koşarak Keşfet may remove the content from the website if it deems necessary in cases that may be contrary to the operation of the website. In this case, the user accepts and declares that his/her rights will be protected.
Koşarak Keşfet may check the information and content added by users or organisers in order to avoid any disruption in the operation of the site, but is not obliged to investigate or prove the accuracy of this information.
- Rights and Obligations of the User
The user is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement by performing member registration and login procedures. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the membership and event registration process. In case of any changes in membership or event registration information, the user is obliged to notify these changes to Koşarak Keşfet and the event organiser. The user is responsible for all disputes that may arise in case of incorrect or incomplete information.
The membership account can only be used by the user; it cannot be transferred or made available to others. The user is responsible for any damages that may arise if he/she allows others to use his/her account.
Koşarak Keşfet may request additional documents to verify user information when necessary. The user must fulfil this request. Otherwise, Koşarak Keşfet has the right to unilaterally cancel the user membership.
- Usage and Registration Payment system,
The user will be able to use the system by becoming a member of Koşarak Keşfet and logging in.
If the payment process is successful, Koşarak Keşfet is obliged to confirm the registration of the user to the event for which the user has paid. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or an equivalent card. Payment is not made via money order/EFT.
- Cancellation of Membership and Termination of Contract
Koşarak keşfet may unilaterally terminate the user's membership without justification due to the organisation/organiser's behaviour contrary to the contract. Koşarak keşfet may unilaterally change part or all of the contract if it deems necessary.
- Duration of the Agreement
The contract starts when the user becomes a member of the site. The contract ends when the user/organiser cancels it or when it is cancelled by Koşarak keşfet.
- Force Majeure
In case of cancellation or postponement of the events that the user plans to participate in due to force majeure such as natural disasters, states of emergency, terrorist incidents, Koşarak Keşfet is not responsible for these cancellations or postponements. The obligation to inform about the cancellation or postponement of the event belongs to the organiser and Koşarak Keşfet is not obliged to provide such information.
- Other Provisions
In the event of cancellation or modification of any provision of this agreement, the other provisions will remain valid and effective.
Discover by Running has the right not to use its rights unilaterally when necessary. However, this does not mean that it waives its rights indefinitely. Koşarak Keşfet may re-use its rights in the future when deemed necessary.
In case of disputes that may arise from this contract and in case of disputes that may arise from this contract and in case of these disputes to legal authorities, the courts of Istanbul will be authorised.
